MAHARAJAS’ EXPRESS – The Indian Panorama

Explore the hidden treasures of India! Embark on an unforgettable escapade that starts off with the capital city of Delhi. Make your way through the sacred city of Varanasi and cruise on the River Ganges to observe ancient spiritual rites. Witness the immortal beauty of the Taj Mahal in Agra, the sensuous moods of the temples of Khajuraho, the elegance and imperial splandour in Lucknow and the wilderness of the Ranthambore National Park.

DAY 1 (SUNDAY) – DELHI
BOARD THE TRAIN AT DELHI IN THE MORNING AND PROCEED TO JAIPUR. BRUNCH ONBOARD. DINNER AT AN EXCLUSIVE VENUE AT JAIPUR. OVERNIGHT AT JAIPUR.

Day 2 (Monday) – Jaipur
After onboard breakfast, visit Amber Fort. Return to train for lunch. Evening at leisure. Onboard dinner as train proceeds to Ranthambore.

Day 3 (Tuesday)- Ranthambore and Fatehpur Sikri
Early morning Safari at Ranthambore National Park. Train proceeds to Fatehpur Sikri. Afternoon visit to Fatehpur Sikri. All meals onboard.

Day 4 (Wednesday) – Agra
Morning visit to Taj Mahal followed by breakfast at an exclusive venue. Lunch onboard. Afternoon visit to Agra Fort. Dinner onboard as train proceeds to Orchha.

Day 5 (Thursday) – Orchha and Khajuraho
Early morning visit Orchha. Return to train as train proceeds to Khajuraho. Visit the Khajuraho temples in the afternoon. All meals onboard. Train proceeds to Varanasi.

Day 6 (Friday) – Varanasi
Breakfast and lunch onboard. Deboard at Varanasi to visit a Silk Weaving Center and Sarnath followed by a Boat Ride on the Ganges to witness evening Aarti. Dinner at an exclusive venue. Train proceeds to Delhi.

Day 7 (Saturday) – Delhi
Breakfast and lunch onboard. Journey ends in Delhi.

• 50% between 89-60 days before departure
• 100% within 59 days before departure
